Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

UK Shipping

• Standard (3–5 business days): £3.99 — free on orders over £60
• Express (1–2 business days): £7.99

International Shipping

• Europe (5–10 business days): £12.99
• Rest of World (7–14 days): £16.99

International delivery times are estimates. SAIBA MADE is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees — these are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Your tracking link will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email hamzawahbi100@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, redelivery charges may apply.
