Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Return
Email us at hamzawahbi100@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or product.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without tags. Sale items are final sale.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked service — we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, email us at hamzawahbi100@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll sort it out at no cost to you.
